While vacationing out of town we encountered vehicle issues with an electrical sensor and check engine light on. The local Dodge dealership could not assist us ( two weeks out)! We called and spoke with John at the Ludington location and he was so understanding of our situation that he got us right in for service and back on the road! John displayed exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to get our vacation back on track. I would highly recommend Micks and their exceptional staff take care of all your vehicle needs.

Amazing staff that literally saved our vacation. We had a front end problem while on vacation and stopped to see if the service could be done. The staff jumped in the truck, listened to the noise and took the truck right in. He came out about 15 minutes later and told us what the problem was, showed me what the problem was, checked the area for parts and told us the price. They then had two technicians on the truck and we were back on our way within less than two hours. Truly amazing service and staff. I have never ever been treated better than this anywhere!

They were great. Looked at my engine code for quite a while to make sure they had the right idea. Scheduled the fix for the next day. It works great and the price was right. Thank you.

My husband and I really like mick's. We take our vehicles here. Very prompt, easy to pay and pick up keys after hours. Courteous, and professional. The communication was good, and we recommend micks!

I had called a few local places and nobody was able to work with our time restriction, in fact, a couple even mentioned Micks. I seriously can not thank them enough for their generosity and timeliness. They were very friendly to work with as well!
