Paid $140 for a front-end alignment on a Jeep Wrangler where only the Toe can be adjusted. They called and stated, "alignment is all set... Wheel is straight". Same exact driving behavior as before, no difference. Look underneath and see no tool marks of any kind on the Toe/steering adjustment points. Nothing... Went back in to discuss with the manager that $140 for a toe-only front end alignment that wasn't apparently performed seems a bit steep. Mgr couldn't have cared less. I have done business for years with Mick's and since the "upgraded" waiting area, they have apparently down-graded service and forgone honesty. Pics included

I was in Ludington on vacation when I found out my radiator was leaking on a Friday night. I was recommended to Micks by another local shop who stated they could do the repairs and were very fair. I came in Monday morning without an appointment and they said they could get me right in. They quoted my a very fair price for the repairs and had me back on my way home in a couple hours. I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. This shop is truly the exception and is run by very good people. I only wish this shop was in my hometown near Chicago.

Since the new owner has taken over, I feel like I as a customer do not count anymore. All that matters is getting your money. Multiple repairs have been done here and it was sloppy at best. What upset me and made me go elsewhere is I asked for a quote over the phone for an exhaust manifold replacement. I was told they couldn’t do it without the truck being there because of broken bolts. I told them there was none and that there was a rust hole in the side of it. I again was told that they needed it there in case they broke a bolt. I asked how does that affect me getting a quote. The guy then hung up on me. Not everyone is going to get the same “service” I got, but I don’t feel a connection with the people anymore. It’s all about pushing the numbers.

Very professional place to deal with. Had received a much higher quote from another business. Took the truck to Micks and they found and solved the issue very quickly and more than fair in price I would recommend Micks to anyone!
