Quick service, problem fixed well, decent prices. Was not happy about them telling me the brakes were not working when I brought it in. I drove the car in and there were brakes. When I picked it up there were zero brakes. They did take a look at it and a brake line had came off. They fixed it for free. I had no problem with problems arising from fixing something else. That’s happens but to tell me it was broke before I brought it in as not okay. If we had no brakes I would have had it towed in. Problem corrected but not without a little stress.

Very professional and excellent communication of work performed and needed. Loved the pictures and videos attached to my email invoice. Recommend for anyone needing service in the Ludington area.

Took my grandmothers 2006 Chevy Colorado and they were quick, communicated great and fair price. Great service!

On our vacation our alternator had to be replaced in Indiana. Later we noticed static coming from the speakers and the screen on the dash would not turn off. Turning off the car would not stop the problems. The staff cleared some error codes and the problem went away and hasn't returned. They were courteous and friendly. They fixed the problem with no charge. We vacation in Ludington and will go back if we need our car repaired. Thanks.
